While industrial beef operations cut corners with feedlots and shortcuts, we take the long road—100% grass-fed and grass-finished, dry-aged for tenderness, and processed in USDA-certified facilities. Our composite herd of Black Angus and American Saler cattle isn't just built for the rugged Idaho high country; it's bred for superior mothering, exceptional marbling, and the kind of beef that makes you remember why steak used to be special.
